I trust God more than anyone who actually believes in him does.

A benevolent deity would help everyone in need, not only those who try to bribe him with worship. The desire for worship is a selfish quality that is unworthy of an almighty being.

Try to take care of your own problems instead of laying them at the feet of God. An omniscient power would have enough problems in this world to worry about without all his worshipers bothering him with trivialities. He would surely respect you more for trying to fix things yourself than for waiting for divine intervention.

I trust in God as much as I trust in Zeus, the Tooth Fairy, Santa Claus, and other mythical characters.

At times...I'm a true believer in things happening for a reason...it's just awfully frustrating not always knowing what that reason is. And I think untimely deaths really make you question and doubt a lot of things, or at least they do for me personally.

It really should not matter if I do or not since God should have my best interests in mind no matter how I feel.
