Did your self cleaner break too? I found the best thing is SOS pads and elbow grease. It took me about 4 hrs to clean my oven! It Sucked! Don't use the over the counter oven cleaner on it though, I don't know what happends but the package says not to.

If they don't have instructions......this is what I remember.
Pickup the bulk of the food solids first....they will create ALOT of smoke and ash. The self-clean mode is basically a super high temperature mode.....your oven may actually lock once you engage the self-clean mode (the one I had did). Just make sure nothing is inside that you don't want vaporized. After the clean is done and cooldown is complete...you pretty much just wipe the ash off the bottom with a wet paper towel or something.

Spray Easy-Off and let it soften for 20-25-minutes and the oven will do it's work.
Always follow the instructions printed-on the Easy Off.
