If you are young and your scales are good when you practice every day, there is no need to worry about 2 weeks off. If your scales are not to your liking when you return, the length of time it will take to get the same sound you had will most likely depend on the physical condition of you and your vocal cords before the 2 weeks and what you were doing while off, ie, exercising muscles used in singing. The vocal cords are a muscle, but almost every muscle of the body is used in the singing process.

Two weeks will make a difference but not a huge difference, it is perfectly fine to take off two weeks and it won't take you too long to get back where you were, in fact you may find that your vocal chords needed a break anyway and you'll actually improve!

I usually don't sing over the summer, and I have found that it takes about a month for me to get back to where I use to be. So Maybe a couple days practice will get you back.

Don't push too hard.

Singing is the coordination of respiration, phonation, articulation, and resonation into a disciplined utterance.

Miss one day, you notice it.
Miss two days, your teacher notices it.
Miss three days, the audience notices it.

Practice Practice!

A little tip-- I gargle with hot lard first thing in the morning. It's the secret to my dulcit tone! lol!
