Absolutely. Hate has a very nasty all consumming component to it. When you hate you become obsessed about what you hate and slowly slip into a place where your whole life and life focus becomes about hate, anger, jelosy and rage.

yes, it does. but if u learn 2 lose this hate or find a way 2 live w/it, then the very fabric of ur existence will change 4 the better

I try not to hate because it gives power to that person / thing. It starts to consume you and effects all areas of you life.
