Well obviously it is because some people manage to do it every year.
By the way, there isn't one prestigious college. Usually schools are outstanding in particular areas or have a good all around reputation (like Harvard), but what you might think is the most prestigious school would depend on if you wanted to study art, or be a vet, or work on Wall Street.

It takes a whole lot but it can be done...I mean it is a school after all...ppl do attend...just curious what school are you talking about???
