Men are about 30 percent stronger than women, on average. This difference is mainly in the upper body, where men have an edge of about 40%. In the lower body the difference is only about 15%. This strength advantage is do to the fact that men are generally bigger and heavier. They typically have more muscle mass and less body fat. And their taller and wider skeletal frame provides a leverage advantage. But there are no inherent gender differences in muscle quality or capacity. Women can generate the same force per unit of muscle as men. And with training, they make the same relative strength improvements. Moreover, there is a considerable range among both sexes, and some women are stronger than some men.

If u are talking about muscular strength men do outdo women because they have bigger muscle mass than women-the longer limb length and skeletal size does add to the power in the working of the muscle...

...if by 'strength' u mean a measure other than the muscle power then I would say that women seem to be handle emotional and the every day stress better than men.

...."heart" probably means the emotional bond -the word is vogue in womens' lexicon,,,I can say with absolute certainity that everything happens in the brain and women attach more meaning to it than men(men sometimes recoil from it!!)

if it is atheletic prowess then I would say there is one part of the womens' anatomy which gives them an inherent advantage over men,,,,the "carrying angle"the angle between the upper and lower arms is more in women ...in sports like cricket it has been found that people with bigger carrying angles are better bowlers(pitchers!)

The strongest muscle in a woman's body is her cervix. That muscle has to hold in the weight of a baby plus the amniotic fluid, which can sometimes weigh up to forty pounds or more.

the abdomen. A perfect illustration of this is to place a dining room chair against a wall. Have a women lean over, touching her head to the wall above the chair. Have her grab the chair and lift. A woman will normally have no problem lifting it. A man on the other hand , normally will not be able to lift it.

I'd say the gluteous maximus - the muscles that make up your backside. They are the largest muscle in the body and are larger in women.
