Both come with risks. If your partner has a contagious disease, you may be at risk no matter what your activity. You can get HIV through your mouth provided you have a cut and the person is HIV positive. It's not a usual thing, but it is possible. Also you can get other STD's through oral sex.
Just be careful who you are with, and always, use a condom with any sexual activity.

actually it depends on how safe/ clean ur partner is cuz if he has an std and u give oral sex u can get it in ur mouth. trust me its not a pretty site. but u can get pregant from sex so it all depends really

definitely oral sex, because not that many STD's are trasferred by oral sex as by regular. Plus you cannot get pregnant by having oral sex
