sometimes them growing isn't enough to go by, they could be going through a false pregnancy(which they go through the exact same thing that a pregnant dog will go through including getting milk) One way to tell is if the dog's vulva is still a little swollen after a couple of week out of her heat. One sure way to find out is take your dog to the vet have them do an x-ray. There is also a pregnancy test(not sure how they do it). there is a certain window period of getting this pregnancy test done though. the vet has to do it. after about 4 weeks you should be able to feel the pups. push her belly not to hard and you should feel some pups. it will take 63 days for her to have the pups from the date she concieved.

Dogs stay pregnant 63 days...The first signs you will see are filling out in the flanks. If you seen the Male dog and her "Stuck Together" then she is 99% surely Pregnant...If it is early in her pregnancy and this wasnt an intentional breeding I would go get her Spayed. Its cheaper in the long run, By the time you deworm, give shots, run ads and everything for a litter of puppies you have paid for her surgery.I noticed you said she is Still growing? Is she young? She may not be mentaly mature enough for puppies yet....Good Luck

Check to see if her nipples are beginning to stand out. This shows there is a change in her hormones. It DOES NOT mean she is pregnant but that there is a change in hormones, which happens during heat cycles as well as pregnancy. Was she recently in heat? Did a male dog have access to her during her heat? I would just watch her and if he nipples are standing out and she appears to be swelling more, I would take her to the vet to see. Unfortunately, it is best to wait til you are pretty sure. I had a dog I thought was preg. she got out during a heat cycle and the vet said they can have a false preg. due to an influx of progesterone. He said she wasnt preg and if she is preg it is only 1-2 pups. BTW she had 8 puppies!!!!

Sometime's it is hard to tell when a dog's pregnant - but if her teets are starting to really show and her nipple are poking out and she's hungry all the time - that's normally a good indication that their pregnant - and if you really are desperate to know take her to the vet's - I know he'll be able to tell you. Good luck to you & the puppies if she in indeed pregnant. I've got a litter kitten right now and their a real chore to manage & take care of all of them.

the signs of dog pregnacy very greatly, the best way to conferm or deny a pregnacy is through a veterinary check up. they can use various methods to determine if teh dog is pregnant or not including x-rays, ultra-sound, and blood tests.

they will chunk up. Their nipples will start to grow and they will start dropping their teets at about 3 weeks to a month.
