I would just recommend downloading it off of a torrent site. Think about it: you have the CD key, so all you need is the software itself. No harm done.

ask a friend to borrow one, you can put a different key on any Cd usually, if not, just buy 1 off ebay, there pretty cheap, 98 way out dated.

Borrow from a friend as you have a legal code.
Look on e-bay, they are cheap.
Watch for a computer show in your area. You will find copies there for almost nothing.
