Does anyone know how any of the religions explain how the first incarnation comes into being and what it is?

You should read...MANY LIVES MANY MASTERS by Brian L. Weiss M.D........its a really great book and its not like a hard core catholic or christain bible or anything like that. The story is true and it explains reincarnation very well and other questions you might have about life, death ,souls...etc.
