No. Body odor is caused by perspiration, and we do not perspire as much when we are cold.
"Perspiration causes body odor. One and a half pints of perspiration is produced by the sweat glands in normal temperate conditions. Ninety per cent of perspiration is water, the rest is made up of dissolved salts, urea and waste products.
Why do we Sweat?
The main reason is to keep body temperature normal. So when we exercise, or are in a hot climate for example perspiration increases to try to bring our body temperature down. When perspiration first evaporates on the skin there is very little smell on a normal healthy person. It is the build up of stale sweat that smells bad. The smell occurs when bacteria that live on the skin act on the sweat produced by the apocrine glands."

Well, IF you CAN smell it in the cold, it's probably REALLY bad.
But yeah, heat is worse. You sweat more, your nose works better and is usually less stuffy, and you're wearing less clothes to cover it up.

i don't think so. people tend to sweat more in the heat. when you sweat, your body produces sweat and the bacteria that grows is what causes body odor. unless you sweat in cold temperatures, i don't think the body odor would be as bad.
