it is just a palin rip off, and they have the highest prices in the market and louisiest service i ever encounter.

I used to work for them, and it really depends on the installer. Some are good, some are not. Each store has their own, so ask to meet them. Ask them some questions and see if they know what they are talking about.
They do have a 1 year guarantee on the install, but try and avoid the problems by having a good install the first time!

Do not use Best Buy!!!! I brought my computer in for service and was very dissapointed. Not only did they not fix my computer, they had absolutly no contact with me for 3 weeks. To top it off, I recieved a letter in the mail 2 days after I picked up my broken computer stating that they had been trying to reach me and that I needed to pick up something from their service dept. ha...what a freaking joke. It was like pulling teeth just to find out what in the heck was going on!!! I will never buy anything from BEST BUY again!!!!!!!!!!!!

i've no experience with their installation team but when i go to best buy just to look around i sometimes talk to their cust rep just to get a view or addtn'l input about a product but what i'd hear is just a bunch of nonsense which i know is not right so i'd just nod as if i agree coz they'll never admit that they're wrong when it comes to their product but if you know what you want you can definitely go there to shop just don't believe everything they say

circuit city is better they are pretty cheap and will come out for any problems
