Believe me it's not the end of the world. To answer your question, learn from your mistakes. Try to understand why you failed the test. Is it because you didn't try hard enough? Is it because you did not ask enough questions during class time?
I used to seriously struggle with math, and my teacher actually told me that perhaps I would never get it, since I was Black...yeah.
Fortunately I didn't listen to her. I discovered I was dyslexic, found creative ways around my problem, and wound up studying biomathematics at MIT.
So for me, it was mostly a learning quirk. For you it may be something else. But regardless, the place to start is with yourself. Now is the time for introspection, not beating yourself up.
Follow this formula, and the future will be very bright for you.
Best of wishes.

We all take knocks and disappointments in life. It is hard when you are young.
Be disappointed but don't despair. You can learn a lot from failing or loosing. And if you do, you come out a better and more accomplished person for it. So -
Accept you failed it. Kick yourself then relax a bit.
Ask yourself why you failed. Was it lack of knowledge, not enough study, exam nerves - that sort of thing.
When you know why you failed you should be able to work out what you need to do to get up to the level to pass next time.
Put in the work and time to get to that level. Then take the exam knowing you are going to pass it this time.
I failed maths first time and passed with 97% the next time. I did it you can too.
Good luck.

SHAKE IT OFF! There will be another test, so just look at the test and say to yourself, practice run. I know it's hard to shake it off, but it's over and done with, now you know what type of problems you need to work on. Before your next test take to some of your friends for help (They're not going to say no!) But if your friends can't help you or not the smartest people in the class go up to someone who is the smartest. I have to do this all the time, it won't kill you. They might hurt your feelings by saying you didn't get that one, it's soo easy, but just ignore it and get the correct answer and the way to do the problem. Good luck on your next test!!

I am failing a course upon which two other courses depend. If I do not pass it, I will not be able to take those next two courses. I will have to wait till spring term to take them. My wife will have our first baby in the spring. I go to school full time so I'm not working - only she is. When she has the baby I'll have to find a job without having finished my degree. So I know how burdensome it is to fail a test. Keep trying. Study so very hard. The Lord is good to those who wait upon Him.

turn that negative energy into positive by studying and ask your teacher if you can do extra credit work using questions from the exam. Keep studying and next year you will ace the test good luck

hey! firstly all those say that don't worry its just marks!!!!!!!!1
are idiots!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1...........it does matter.....right.?!!........
now firstly why u failed??............
3 reasons..............
1)u didnt study
2)u dont undrstand maths........its tough
3)xam was tough and unexpected..........
u know maths is a subject..not eveyone can champioin..
so if you are not able to do it...and possible....leave the subject.......
but if you cant then also.......if you try agaain...you may pass.........
coz you would be better in its preparation from last time.....as you wud have revised the course before............so you already hve a start...........dont worry am an engg. student got failed in maths...............gave again hoping to get pass this time.......
your parents dont say anything but u depressed means you are a sincere student and want to get pass.......just study for 5 days before your re-xam....you'll pass....most definitely!!!!11

Ask your teacher if you could possible take the test again. Maybe you need extra help on this math topic and you could ask your teacher for some speical help then retake the test.
