Interesting point, i think our society is becoming increasingly controlled, the thing that strikes me is that we're constantly filmed these days, often without our knowing, which harks back to 1984. To me it seems as if society is becoming a little more 'A Clockwork Orange', all you see on the news these days is attacks and murder and abuse of prisoners, it's scary

Yes! We can only act on what we are told - the newspapers & news programs show violence & disasters all day - people are titalated by it.. How can you know what isnt reported... They direct our emotions to their outcomes... Look at iraq - they supported him - but when they wanted oil - they pushed that way down the list & brought out all the bad bits - they were there all along - just supressed..

Learn to look between the lines - see how the manipulation of the public is controlled by governments & men of power..

Well do you think the "terrorists" just fell off a turnip truck? they just magically appeared to distract the country from Bush and his inability to govern without a fire and brimstone(or is that "fog" and brimstone?) attraction to keep the people from actually using there own minds. There's nothing like a little senseless bigotry, slaughter and mayhem to keep a people rooting for you!
