Directv or Dish network.

You will have to supply the tri-pod or bucket set-up for them when they arrive to do the install.

Make sure your balcony has a clear view of the southern sky. Check with the Satellite provider to find out the direction the dish should be pointed.

if you don't have a view of the southern sky find a window that does place tripod at window and hope for the best GOOD LUCK!
