I am entitled to a lump sum of 250,000.also required to make a payment of 2500 for non residen government service tax payable to the bristish tax officer they gave me a check for 2900 and i have to send that 2500 in . Is it really real

It's a scam. They're trying to get you to send them money. You will never see a dime. And if you send them the $2500 you will never see that as well. Ask yourself is you even entered into this contest. If you did not, you can be assured it's a scam.

no it is a scam - do not do it..

did you even enter the lottery that you supposely one, I have never been to some of the countries they talk about. just delete them and go about your business.
