as long as huge sums of money are being sent back to Mexico Fox would stand on his head and blow up ballons to keep the cash flow going. Without the American dollar, Mexico would be in serious trouble.

Mexico absolutely has their military patroling their borders, and yet they do nothing to stop illegals. I live in a border town and our border patrol has had run-ins will their military.
