No I am not afraid of remaining single,why? Because when you're single you have more free time to explore life and it's meaning. You can associate with more people and you can make a choice of who you would want to be with. If you are wasting your time being with someone that you can't deal with you'll miss out on the perfect person for you. Don't rely on someone else loving you. Focus on loving yourself first. So that way when push come to shove a break up wouldn't be so bad. Live life,have fun,mingle,and don't get tied up in a relationship that does away with any of that. O K!!!!!!!!!!

I am, in a way afraid of remaining single, 'cause when you look around it seems like "til death do we part" really means "until something better comes along". The marriages that last 50 + years are more and more scarse. Even my parents, who are going on 53 yrs have said "why separate now? We tolerate each other" p.s. they haven't shared a bed for the last 29 yrs. As for me, I am so comfortable with my alone-ness that it is hard to imagine sharing space with anyone else. Been divorced almost 10 yrs., and not really looking for any one either.

Tell me who isn't afraid to be single in this world? Everybody is afraid, at least once in their lifetime but not everyone necessarily admits to that...well i do, yes I am afraid to remain single.

As of late, I'd rather be single than have to deal with the stress of a relationship with people around these parts.

i guess in a way i am afraid ... but i really would just like to have someone to be with for my future... i want someone to love me, kind, not abusive and romantic....but i do not know if i will find it now.. i am quite gun shy and find it hard to trust... and i have met nice guys but when you do not give out then they leave.. but i want to wait until we are good friends and know each other well before i go that step....to much to say about this question i think i should quit here...
