If you have the time, dip a variety of fruits into melted chocolate. In terms of cheeses, blue cheese would be good (preferably a Stilton) and I tried a Parmigiano-Reggiano with a Tawny Port just last week at a professional trade tasting for the Portuguese Consulate. That combination was amazing.
