"Paix du coeur" would be the literal, but yes, I think "paix interieure" would be appropriate. Another phrase might be "paix d'esprit", peace of mind.

I personally would translate the phrase as "Paix Intérieure." A literal translation would be "Paix du Cœur"

i think as everybody already said "paix du coeur". but i am not sure that u can translate exactly this phrase word to word from english to french, or even in all translations,u cant translate word-to-word.

I'd go for "paix intérieure" as well, because it refers to any type of feelings, may it be love or spirituality!!
