ok, your are in a really big basketball game, the bigest, the game ends in 10 sec, and you have the ball your two pionts away from winning, you have the shot it's so going to go in, you know it, when your coach subs in a player that hasen't played the whole game, and your felt bad cuz your coach hasen't put her in yet, and she is very much out of shape, and sad she feels out of place, and she is not very good at all, she looks like she is about to cry, and she just stands there as everyone on her team passes her by, and doesn't even see her, but she is standing closer then you and has a good shot but you don't know if she will make it or not, what do you do? pass it and make her the happiest girl in the world, or keep the ball, shoot and win the game? just so you guys know I would pass the ball, and winning is almost everything to me, but being a team player is even more. so I'm dieing to know what u guys think????

i have been put in that position before and what i did is what i'd do every time it happens i passed the ball and she took the shot it missed and i got the rebound and passed it back to her when my coach and everyone was like nooooooooo and you know what........ she made it! i was soo happy we had won and i got to make happy and i got to rub it in others faces that they weren't nice!

The point of the game is winning comes first. A game is only a few hours long, life is a full-time teacher. I would take the shot and thank her for being in the game. Give her as much credit as the rest of the team.

am i one of the only ones who thinks you should win the game for your team. Personally, I think that it good team-manship b/c you are helping win the game for your team. I currently play basketball for my school and I have also been in this position, as the other girl. I play a lot but I hate shooting so I always pass it though b/c I feel myself incompetent

Pass the ball to her(so that she does not feel left out.), and then tell her to pass it back to you.(So you can win the game.)

basket ball is team game so team has to make what it takes to win you're couch is an **** lol doing such substitucion i would pass the ball if there wasn't any other more trusted player near her..

pass her the ball sportmanship is better than winning and shoving it i her face that you shot the last ball or whatever it is but still you should pass her the ball!
