ingredients on the box are DEXTROSE, MALTODEXTRIN, SUGARALOSE. You could probally go to "splenda.com" and ask the question. It's made from real cane sugar.

There is no gluten is Splenda. Splenda is a right-hand or "D" sugar. Most sugars that the body uses are mirror images of this sugar. The body does not recognize it so it passes through as bulk.

Gluten is a component of wheat. No wheat is used in making Splenda. So if you are gluten sensitive you should have no problem using Splenda.
