My dad died two weeks ago and my boyfriend took me to my favorite diner and they have a foosball game there and me and him played it. He finally made me smile and then he said I love you 4 the first time and I dumped him because I felt guilty, I thought that I shouldnt be happy when my dad just died. Was I wrong?

You're going through a difficult time. Sometimes your actions aren't always justified. Give yourself some time cause you need that and hopefully your boyfriend understands that. Don't worry, you probably just need some time alone. I'm sorry about your father...in time, you will know he's in a better place:)
Go the dance, have some fun. tell your boyfriend you just need some time alone to reconsider some things and think about your dad. he should understand.

How is he with this other girl all the time? Is it for a legitimate reason like they are study partners, coworkers. Tell him you hear him saying he loves you but you wonder about this other girl. It's a mixed message he's sending you. Saying you love someone is meaningless unless backed up by action. Love is more than what you say, it's what you do! If you don't get any satisfaction out of this guy, that is he stops spending so much time with girl 2, then it's find another boyfriend time.

No dear! you weren't wrong at all. I think this goes on to show that how mature a person you are.Hats off to you for that .But my dear friend True love comes calling only once in life and I think that ur friend confessed his love to you at such odd time b'coz he thought that you needed moral support. I suggest that you must go to him and tell that why you dumped him and if he truly loves you he will understand and forgive you.ALL THE BEST and I am sure that even your dad would be happy to see from the heavens that his daughter loves him so dearly!

Do you think your dad would want you to be unhappy? I think you were wrong, you dad has died, which is a sad thing, but still I can only imagine that any good father, would want his daughter to be happy.
About the dance... YES go to it, and patch it up with the guy. Explain to him how you felt, and how you are still feeling... but dont just push him away like that again... also remember he might be hurting and put up walls now to protect himself from getting hurt again...

it's great that your boyfriend sad that he love's you.and you was wrong about that you throught.you lost your dad who loved you.but you finded the person who love's you now,and he will be near with you all the time and he will give's you support to get througt all your bad days and problems.Let him love you!
