Scald them by dipping them in a pot of boiling water (10-15 seconds), then put them in ice water until they are to cool to the touch. The peels will come right off in big chunks, leaving the meat of the peach intact.

Score the bottom with an x, drop into boiling water for 2 minuter, remove to ice water bath, and the skin should easily peel.

just put it on hot water bath for about 15 minutes then peel easily

Start from the top with a knife and peel downwards...like cutting a pineapple.
