The best recipe for a true lemonade is 3 lemons sliced and their juice with 1 cup sugar mixed in 2 quarts iced water. For a Real variation add thawed frozen strawberries, they are juicy and add a great dimension to the tang of real lemonade.

I extract the juice of several lemons. Add it to some sugar in a 1.5 mineral water bottle, add chilled water and shake then leave in fridge till serving time. Everyone love this. Keep tasting till you get the sugar right and you need about one tea cup of lemon juice and the rest water for a 1.5 liter bottle.
