A is a misinterpretation of sorts. No Christian thinks it's right to do these things. B An atheist cannot assume a standard of morality apart from just themselves, since if there is no god, there is no standard of morality. C is a misinterpretation. The Bible teaches clearly that some sins are worse than others. D. Atheists cannot judge what is worse than something else, since there is no absolute standard of morality. You lose. Sorry.

I don't think you have full understanding of the Christian way, i.e. Jesus Christ. To be a Christian doesn't give you a get out of jail pass to continue to sin, in your example above -- murder people. You're right that we must repent. But repent means that we try to never do it again, we completely turn away from our old life and become new in Him. It can't be lip service or it doesn't matter. All fall short and all sin. Therefore, everyone needs forgiveness since ALL will be accountable for his/her actions, if not in this life, in the hereafter.
By your statements, if atheists don't believe in the hereafter, there is no hope so it only makes sense for them to live for now. For Christians, every moment counts for today and eternity. If we sin -- any of the things you mention in C -- we deserve death. But because Jesus died and rose again to save us from our sins, we have hope that we will spend eternity with Him in heaven. It's called grace -- not getting what deserve. Because we have His grace and forgiveness, we have hope.
Living for today in this broken world isn't as important, because we know He is preparing a place for us for eternity. A place that is open to anyone who is willing to let Him into his/her heart.

I think no matter what you believe in or don't believe in, you should live the best you can, be kind to everyone.
I also believe there are degrees of sin. Murder is worse than adultery, though both of course are very serious offenses against God. A person can repent of adultery and be forgiven, but I believe very few murderers are going to be forgiven...that's just my own theory.
Time alone will tell...

Christianity is not the only truth in the universe and so is atheism
relgions rely on faith and atheist rely on logics
When logics and faith copulate...spirituality is born.
Religions are created to discsipline the savage man so that he can learn for his next revolution which is divinity
this is a transition period.
If you call a religious people idiot.. because he follows a faith then you are also following a faith that "God does not exist"?
Have you tried ever to find if god is there or not. ...both religious people and atheist here are the prisoners of their mind...following the thought ...which can be wrong or which can be changed.

I don't know where you got these ideas from and I think it's terrible stereotyping and labeling to put such extreme views and make them look like christians believe that. Murder is wrong, but I'm not an atheist!

That's hard because I am a Christian, but I think that we should view B and D better but still believe that there is a heaven for those who truly deserve to go.

You obviously need to go to church more often and it would help you if you read your Bible as well so that you could understand it. Before opening your Bible say a little prayer and ask the Holy Spirit to help you understand what you're reading. If you do this, you will be amazed!
