Definitely not. Sure you feel lustful when you see such, and ya, they should not be wearing such seductive clothing, but it is still rude to stare while your mind entertains wrong thoughts. The one thing that pesters me though is when women wearing such clothing and then feel disgusted and hate it when they know guys are staring at them. Now some girls just want the attention, but others get mad when guys stare. It doesn't make sense
It might be hard not to stare, but it is definitely much more polite and kind.
A word for the ladies: just know that there are some perverted men in the world, and wearing those clothes might get you attention, if that is what you want, but some of it might not be good. Dont wear revealing clothing unless you just absolutely have to be stared at. Plus you never know who might be watching or what they will do. There are other ways of getting attention and making yourself beautiful than by revealing your body, and it turns off some guys when a girl walks around hardly wearing anything.

No it's not polite, but they shouldn't get mad if men do stare. Women wear revealing clothes to attract attention and anyone who says differently is kidding themselves. If you don't want to be stared at don't wear revealing clothes, simple as that. Have a good day.

nope i think its not bad .. and why should you worry about being polite?? to them .. its like having respect for them wheN they dunt have respect for themselves in the first place.. because otherwise they would not be wearing that type of clothes.. I think that women wearing that type of clothes search for attention too much and try too hard.. to get men.. its not unrespectful to stare.. i mean even girls can stare at other girls wearing this kind of clothes.. because it is so there that you cant avoid starting at it.. Its normal reaction .. human nature.. when you see somehting that u cant understand or that is attention getter of course you are going to stare right?. well just dunt go further than that.. just dunt touch .. cuz even tho some of these girls might want the attention they feel offended with the touching.. so ridiculous.. why are they wearing it in the first place?....i am a girl sowrry to dissapoint all those hutchies out there... but its true.. because for women like those is that girls like me get stereotyped

HUGE Debate!
There is a freedom: so girls can ware anything (but no in Arab country, mainly to protect the girl from unwanted stares).. however when girls use 'small' clothes obviously they looking for attention as they would have not do it in the first place!!
If you want to appear wordily and sophisticated, DONT STARE. It is not because it is rule or polite, but this is a better behavior (and the very girl will be more inquisitive why don't YOU stare)
Mostly low class men (I mean by education) have no idea as how to behave and they can bluntly stare at gild boobs as they talk to her.
MoraL of the story is, yes look, but dont stare as it can be very rude and might offend the girl who dresses like that in the first place. (STRANGE BUT TRUE)
THIS MAKES ALOT OF SENSE:
"They don't want the loser guys to stare at their bodies, they want the alpha males to though. It's pretty simple"
That's the best succinct explanation I've read on this thread. Attractive women prefer male mates with social status and power and thus need to draw their attention. However, they must be selective and rebuff males of inferior status or who are ugly, and, by instinctual response of the woman, therefore likely to carry lesser genetic material for potential offspring.

Those are the same women who dress like that at work and then complain when a guy asks them out. They also are the ones who think their bodies will get them anything they want and get pissy when it doesn't work out like that. Now, I'm not saying that those women are "asking" for it or anything but seriously, ladies, what the f do you expect to get for attention when you dress like a hooker?
Boredgal: I've gotta say, I find the women who dress like hookers a lot more offensive than men who leer and drool. 1) We expect men to act like pigs. 2) We know it is going to happen when we dress like sluts. 3) Just as it is your right to dress as you choose, it is also a man's right to LOOK where he chooses. If you don't want him leering down your dress, don't put it all out there.

Staring at women wearing revealing clothes is not the polite and gentlemanlike thing to do, yet it is done every day. While it is true that those women are wearing those clothes to be noticed, that does not mean that they are wearing those clothes to be stared/gawked at. It is never right to go searching out or looking for women in such clothing, and it is never polite/gentlemanlike/right/morally correct to go and try and stare to see any private parts...................

I am not sure it is polite, but to get attention is probably why they wear revealing clothing... so the stares seem only natural to me. If they get offended by the stares they should change their style!

It's not polite to stare. You can take many glances though. The attention is usually liked by the women who wear those kinds of clothes. Many times they are trying to flaunt their new surgical enhancements in the bosom area.

Yes, because that's the purpose of those who wears revealing clothes and low cuts.
If nobody stare at them, that means they're not attractive. They'll feel disappointed.
Whistle, if you will.

I asked my best friend Tammy about this once. One morning my next door neighbor was bent over getting something out of the front seat of her car. She was wearing a very short Mini Skirt! You could see that she was wearing stripped panties. Tammy said in that situation that it was OK to look. Now I agree that trying to look down a woman's blouse or dress or looking up her dress would not be proper!

Staring is never polite but when a woman dresses in a revealing manner my opinion is that's what she's wanting....the attention.
