All embassies will tell you to get your visa in your country of origin. So that means you will have to get your visa in the Philippines.

If you are under time constraint, you can always try calling the Korean Embassy in Hong Kong to assist you. The worst they can say is no. Give it a shot. I've asked a few embassies to accommodate last minute requests and have never been turned down.

You can get a visa at the Korean Embassy in Hong Kong. When you arrive at HK International, take the bullet train to "Central" station. From Central station, you have to take the subway to Admiralty station. Admiralty station is the subway station below a huge shopping complex. Here you have to look for the FAR EAST FINANCE CENTRE. The Korean Embassy is located in that side of the building, but I'm not sure what floor.

I am assuming that of course you're flying to both places. That would require that you take 2 separate flights(Manila-Hong Kong, Hong Kong-Seoul). It also sounds like there is going to be a layover for you since there is a time gap between Manila-Hong Kong and Hong Kong-Seoul).

But to answer your question, the answer if YES. Probably the best resource in locating those flights is: TRAVEL WITH STEPHEN. You will find reasonable airfare to those locations that you want to go, at very reasonable prices.

you have to get a visa for Korea outside of the country, however one time saver to remember is that a visa only depends on how long your staying and what country you're coming from. For instance , I am a Canadian citizen so I automatically get a 6month tourist visa when I enter the country, no paperwork required. For Americans its 3 months I believe.

No...you need to get all necessary visas from your home country. Remember that China (Hong Kong) is a communist country and they aren't really happy to help you with things such as this.
