Dear friend ! I think its just a crush! just give some time to the relationship and then draw a conclusion and you shouldn't blindly trust everyone on net coz there are some freaks who are playing with people's emotions just for the sake of fun.
Candidly I would say that you shouldn't fall in love with anyone online. But if you do feel that you really love her then have faith in her and in God and IF YOUR LOVE IS TRUE YOU TWO WILL UNITE ONE DAY. ALL THE BEST
Yours sincerely

Wow, you've got quite a situation there. There's a few factors to consider here....your age. Are you old enough to follow through on a relationship with such a distance? Would you be able to visit on a regular basis? Asking her out means just that...to go somewhere. Just talking on the phone and sending emails isn't much of a relationship, unless you both like each other enough to hold out for each other until the time is right for a meeting. Long distance relationships, although not impossible, are tough to handle for both parties involved. You or she may meet someone local that you have more in common with, and can see on a regular basis.
Also, another quick rule of thumb....never trust anyone, especially on the internet!

It's pretty sad but now a days it isn't safe to meet people you met online. You see it all the time, all thses horrible things that have happened to people the go and physically meet online. I wouldn't recommend meeting her, but I'm sure that's not the answer you want to hear, so here's another... How about taking some more steps inbetween talking to her online and then physically meeting her. Share Phone numbers, or have an IM chat if you haven't already. Snail mail her (everyone loves getting snail mail), maybe send her a little gift or something. Everytime you go to an awesome place send a postcard. IDK if you think I'm crazy with all of this but hey it might work. Just think of other ways you can get to know her, or that you can talk to her with out actually meeting her.

Well Josh, here is my suggestion. Are you old enough to travel? and is she? If so then there can always be a public place to meet.
If not you guys will have to keep chatting and gaming until you become old enough. Why do your friends think she will cheat on you?, because she's from NY? That is stupid and stereotypical. Also if you have shared more than one photo of each other then you can be pretty sure that she is who she says she is. Though in this day and age you can't be too sure about people you meet on line. So depending on your ages. if you do ask her to meet you, take a chaperon. Hope this helps.

if you want to meet her, you should do so in a public place with lots of other people. the first few times yall hang out, id say the first month if it lasts that long, should be in a public place. That way she wont be able to cut you up if that happens to be her hobby. the thing is, youre a guy and its a lot safer for you to meet chicks on internet than other way around. but seriuosly if you and this girl click, go for it. id get a backround check on her, dont forget about that. i think they cost thirty bucks?

Sweetie this is not a major problem. Forget about the chick and find a nice little Ohio girl! Finding love on the internet is so retarded

you have a 50/50 chance, I have a cousin who met a chick on line, he's from Canada, and she's from the states, now they are married. Some people aren't who they say they are and others are, if you feel it's right go take a chance. You'll never know unless you do.

Have you two talked on the phone? I would atleast call her to make sure it is a girl, and to find out how old she really is. If she's under 18 I woud say to stay far, far away from her.

The only person that can help you is YOU. If you are doubting her, then you are doubting yourself also. Perhaps its because of the nature of your acquaintance.
17years ago I met my husband through a personal ad in the paper, he lives in California, I live in Australia. We have been happily married for 14 years now.
