i have a crush on this guy and when we see each other we will give each other eye contact but won't say anything this has been going on for a month and it's driving me crazy because people notice how we look at each other when i see him my heart starts pounding to hard to where i get scared to talk to him...when he sees me he just looks real fast and turn away or he will give that long look in my eyes and not say anything we work in the same area we work where there is recriut training ...he's a drill instructor and it's soooo busy so when we do bump into each other one of us are busy doing something,,,this is sooo frustrating i need some advice please....does it seem like he's interested?...some of my coworkers said they will help me but that makes me feel like a little girl i'm not comfortable with that but they want us to stop being sooo shy and get something started....it's crazy i really don't know how to handle this..please i need advice so i can have a peace of mind...

i did say hi to him once ...he said hi back and then later he kept giving that look again with out saying anything

well firstly........since both of u basically ve the same feelin for each other......as in wheneva he sees u he gives the "look" n u the same....................there is definitely something there........
so i think that u shld get over ur shyness n just talk to the guy as i m quite sure that he won't reject u if u r scared of that............
i m tellin u to go for it as when ur frnds offered u said no............so i think that u r the out-front type of gal so all i can say is "JUST DO IT".......

Well, first of all, if you are scared to talk to him, then how do you ever expect to get any kind of responce from him or have any kind of relations with him? All you have to do is say, "Hi". It's not that hard. Eventually, you will get tired of all the eye contact. And if that's all you guys do, and there IS something there, I can already tell you're not going to have much of a sex life. Seriously, ask him if he wants to hang out. If he does, great! If he doesn't, no big deal. Just move on.

If you have feelings for him. Take a deep breathe don't be shy. Ask him if he wants to go out sometimes because you really like him and want to get to know him. Or you can just talk to him to get to know him.

keep in mind this is just physical attraction. I think you should say hi to him. dont let anyone else get involved helping you with this, they will only screw it up. say hi. if he doesnt move conversation forward ask him what his name is. talk to him like u would any new person.
