it depends on what kind of "talking" you are referring to. there are some lesbians that enjoy the chase of a straight girl; some that like trying to get someone that is out of their league...while others are simply just talking, not trying to make a move or anything. some girls that are straight may just want to expirement, and that is what the "lesbian" is trying to bring out in them... however, just because one is a lesbian, does not mean that they want to get with any female they come in contact with...
i personally have NEVER come onto a straight girl...

What do you mean by talk? If you seriously mean just talk, why shouldn't they?
If you mean "hit on", then I would ask you why do guys hit on women who are lesbians? Because they think or hope(right or wrong) that they might have a shot. The same can be said about straight women who hit on gay guys and gay guys who hit on straight men.
HOWEVER, I'm a lesbian and have never hit on a straight woman. Nor do I want to sleep with every woman I see. My friends are the same way.

It depends on what you mean by "talk". I am a lesbian and most of my female friends are straight. Lesbians do not attempt to have sex with every female they know.
