Hey, I have a big crush on this one guy in my grade. I know you may all have different opinions, but how would you want a girl to tell you that she liked you- and how should she ask you out...?

LET me give u one advice ,it depends upon the guy if the guy is shy then dont just go and ask him out , try to speak to him without any special attention ,make him feel comfortable with u and ask him out usually these type of guys like gals who dont show off but looks good and confident but u have to make the first move
if the guy is ur friend u can ask him frankly
if the guy is too hot property in ur class then make sure u look good , confident and make the guys speak that u r not easy one to be taken out and guy will come after u as a challenge .....guys like to be challenged so act like u r ignoring him ......

I don't think you want to go in cold. Just because you think you like th guy now, doesn't mean it'll hold water down the road. Establish a rapport with the young fella before you start getting real personal - discover first if you two actually get along and have something to talk about. Simply approach him in a basically friendly way and find out whether there is any common ground....
Dunno... on the other hand, there is always the problem of getting mired in the 'friend zone'. Once you have started to draw him out some, start asking things about what sort of girls he's into, and related topics. He should get the message after a few minutes of that.

I asume that we are more or less of the same age(coz I too m in school).So I wud give a genuine opinion. I think that you shouldn't hurry up if you are doubtful about his feelings for you coz sometimes we guyz tend to keep away from a girl if she suddenly comes and confesses her crush( maybe coz we are a bit surprised !!). And you shouldn't let him feel that you like and want him terribly coz that might make him treat u like a puppet.
This is a sensitive issue and if at all you feel that the guy is sensitive enough to understand your feelings then go ahead. Otherwise be just good friends and with time you can talk to him about your crush.BELIEVE ME THIS WOULD WORK coz I would have liked if a girl wud have done the same for me.ALL THE BEST!!

I would just start a friendship with him ... and leave the "asking" to him.
What most girls don't realize is that when they chase a guy ... the guy gets the feeling that he can get some sex without having to work for it ... and then he can go look for someone who attracts HIM.
Let the guy do the chasing, and you maintain far more control over the relationship and over yourself. Relatonships are too important to have. Don't make him think it's going to be an easy deal.
If you want a real boyfriend and a happy relationship ... let the guys come to you. That way, you have a choice and can pick one for all the right reasons.
Girls ... don't chase guys!!! (Unless you're just looking for some quick sex and don't care about "tomorrow".)

just for future reference, the thing that gives away your age is "my grade" means middle school or younger, "my age" means probably from like 14 and up or something. but to answer your question, just be honest with him and tell him how you fell. act confident, not nervous. And if he doesn't feel the same way, then life will go on.

Just pull him to the side, get close to him inside of his personal space, look him in the eye and tell him "hey, I really like you, and I was wondering do you wanna go out sometime?" It's that easy. Guys are suckers for adoration, we love people to tell us they like us, it's like a glitch in all guys. Take advantage of it. Good luck!

ive had this happen, girls should ask a guy to dinner, guys take it from there, but there's nothing wrong with a girl asking out a guy
