Call him "Father."
You would call a religious sister who is a principal "Sister."
With love in Christ.

Either Father, Father (last name), or Father (first name).
Just calling him Father is safe. Some priests go by "Father Bob" and others go by "Father Doyle". The choice to go by their last name or first is usually influenced by:
1. how old they are
2. the formality of the seminary where they were trained
3. their cultural background
If you know which form he prefers, use that or just call him Father. If you don't, either ask him, or just call him Father.

I am talking about general.
All religious, politicians, schools, colleges are the money oriented.
If they can get money any way they will do anything it takes.
They are teaching their disciple, students same thing. Now think about future where it will be lead?

You would adress him as Father (Last Name).
You can also refer to him as the prinicpal when speking in general. It would be rude not to adress him as Father.
