I would say don't try it again. You know your kids are cute and well 5 mo or however old they are thats too young to get them involved with modeling. Let them be kids and when they are older they will pursue it if they want. If they don't believe you later in life your baby pictures will show them how cute they were.

It's not worth it. Most of the modeling schools are just there to build confidence. I've never met anyone that actually went anywhere because they went to Barbizon, or whatever is the 'it' school these days.

A modeling scout/talent person stopped my parents when I was 6 and wanted to sign me up for what I found out later was a HUGE agency. My father told them to stick it ... he wanted me to be a normal kid. I was later asked to sign up for some modeling school, and it was MY turn to tell them to stick it.

It takes a very strong-willed person to get into the modeling world and not have it ruin their lives (i.e. Tyra Banks, Molly Sims, etc), or you'll end up like Kate Moss (drugs) or Naomi Campbell (nasty tempered Diva). I'd suggest to just let them be kids, and if they want to do it when they're older ... AFTER they've learned who they are or who they want to be ... then have at it. Just my opinion :)

Maybe you should look up professional modeling agencies? I don't really know of one, but I'm sure if you do some research you'll find one. If you're a stay at home mom and you have time in your hands, it will be so much fun to get your kids out there. And earn extra money to save for college education. Good Luck!

It makes you feel good as a parent to have people give your children compliments. Unfortunately, many of these so called "modeling" businesses have nothing else in mind other than to use your children to get money out of you. I am sorry that you have been burned in the past, but it sounds like lesson learned.

Just let your children be children........ and not money-makers !!!

Modeling focuses on looks, looks, looks. Kids need to be raised as kids with the stress on building good character and morals. If all the focus is on looks, they are liable to feel "unworthy" if they are not looking perfect all the time. What a burden for a child (or adult) to carry around every minute of their life! Let them enjoy their youth. When they are old enough to make responsible choices for themselves, they can choose to model or strive to be whatever they want to be.

Then don't try.

But if you are interested, there are magazines you can look into like Pageantry, that offer advice on how to get your kid into modelling, and the occasional contest.

Are you asking whether or not you should have them be models? They may be "cute" or whatever, but how about ASKING your kids (when they are old enough) what THEY want to do,okay?

I was going to try to get my son into it, but when they said they wanted money, I said NO since I know that if they want money they they arent real.
