Muslims believe that Allah is the author of the Quran, yet the first surah (Fatihah, The Opening) is clearly a prayer addressed to Allah.

Other passages which could not have been authored by Allah: 6:104, 6:114, 37:164-6, 51:50, 84:16

So, who wrote it?

The thing which you are saying that Surah Fatiha is a prayer,so what?Allah(God)sent this prayer for people. To teach them how to pray. And if you study this Surah carefuly, you will learn it is a perfect prayer.
If you want to know who wrote this book.Because Mohammad did not learn to read and write, which is also answer to this objection that it is not God's message,Mohammad created it by himself.Because a man who never learnt to read and write can not create such a book which is very important in Arabic literature,so this theory was proved wrong.
Well,if you want to know who wrote it,it were Mohammad's followers who wrote it under his super vision.Mainly Ali,Abubakar etc.

The almighty God or Allah or Baghwan. You said there are some verses in Quran Majeed that are Dua or prayers that is true. But you should know Prophet Muhammad (SAW) is humane and Hazrat Jibrael(as) who come to teach or give message of Allah or God to Prophets (like Hazrat Isa(AS) or Hazrat Moosa (AS) or Hazrat Ibrahim(as) etc) used to come to Prophet Muhammad (saw) and tell the messge of God. What Allah ask Muhammad (SAW) to teach us HE teach us.

If you not believe Quran is Word OF Allah ....then let write a single sura like Quran?

the followers of mohammad never wrote down his sayings while he lived. so for 20 years, he just rambled on. after he died, then they started trying to remember all the crap from the last 20 years, wrote it down, and said it was his words.

that is a fact!

don't bother wasting your time with islam, they get very mad when they cant convert you and are mean to you from then on. that's why they have used wars in the past to get more followers. it was easier then trying to reason with them, cos the muslims knew they would lose. but id they went to war and won, then the people would convert to keep the new government happy

Some man wrote it......which wasn't inspired by God so there for is wrong:
Revelation 22:18-19-For I testify to everyone who hears the words of the prophesy of this book: If anyone adds to these things, God will add to him the plagues that are written in this book;19 and if anyone takes away from the words of the book of this prophesy, God shall take away his part from the Book of Life, from the Holy City, and from the things which are written in this book.

The first chapter was not revealed in that precise order. It was combined. Thats why the first revelation is way in the back of the book.
