It may be that your dog is allergic to fleas. (That causes sores on their bodies).
My dog used to get that until I started to use Revolution it is a flea/heartworm medicine that goes on her neck once a month, kills fleas when they bite the dog.
Or you can use, Frontline, or Advantage. You may notice a difference, especially if it has flea dermatitis.

they are probably hot spots, take them to the vet.
my dog hads that and the vet gave her a shot of cortazone and gave us antibotics to give her. the sore are now healing and she isn't biting anymore.

they are probably hot spots. you can get medication to put on it at pet smart. it comes in a pump or shampoo. if you get the pump kind make sure to bath the dogs first
