Come to Dominica at any time of year, there always a lot to do especially if you're the adventurous type. However there's normally more rain during June - october (the hurricane season). We have many waterfalls, lakes, great hiking trails, friendly people, cultural/creole dishes. In february we have carnival, and independence - Oct to Nov.

Try in October. They have a Creole Music Festival, so things would be more lively.
