i have a bf in denmark and he says that we cant live together in denmark if we get married untill am 24.he says that this is the law in Denmark.is this true?

yeah its true. the others dont know what theyre talking about .. denmark has the law and it is debated much right now but still in place. its because to prevent forced marriage when parents get girls from homecountry to denmark to marry somebody.

you can married anywhere (denmark, your country) but youre not allowed to stay until youre 24. the law sucks

In Denmark, marriageable age for a man is 20 and 16 for a woman. Heres the problem. Minors are anyone under the age of 25. So you must have parental consent under the age of 25. Doesn't make much sense does it.

No, marriage age is 18 - younger with the permission of the parents.
