Siamese cats are not born with their points (nose, paws, ears, tail); they are born white or cream and develop their points later. Your cat is just changing as it grows. It might end up with black and white Calico fur or some form of tuxedo markings.

That's a normal thing for kitten to do. As they get older their coloring will change. My black, grey, white kitten got some orange in her as she grew up, the orange came from her parents I guess because her brother is all orange. It's a whole genetics thing, that can be a little confusing.

She is growing up! EVERYONE changes as they grow up. YOUR hair may not be the same color as it was when you were a baby either. Some black cats get white hairs (I call it frosting) all over their bodies as they mature. It just depends on the gene-pool of your particular cat.
My advice is to just love her for the beautiful animal she is becoming, and fondly remember the beautiful kitten she once was.

There is no such thing as a completely black cat. They will always have some other color in their coat. From what I've heard, all black cats were killed off during the witch hunts a long time ago. So, that line will never continue on.

Many animals that are all black when very young get additional colors. I adopted a BLACK lab/shep mix that was ALL black at 7 months but as she got older, she started getting some brown/blonde on the sides of her head.

black is the domanant colour but as the kitten gets a bit older white may appear, not a lot just small patches,as this is what your kitten has inherited along the way from her parents and grandparents

Mine did the same w/ the small majority around the bottom belly area. He's still black, but there are sporadic strands of white hair here & there. I was disappointed, at first, but it is what it is. He's a sweetie.

A lot of animals start out with one color of fur, and then it changes a bit as she gets older. It's nothing to worry about.
