Since I had my son i've lost 56lbs. in 2 months... not my skin is flabby and getting wrinkly on my stomach ... how can i get my figure back without my skin on my stomach getting nasty?

sit ups, cross crunches. rub cocoa butter so stretch marks dont appear. Dont loose too much weight too fast. focus on muscle tightening exercises. Your skin might tighten up along with it. good luck

I hate to tell you this but you lost a lot of weight fast, which is a big no-no when it comes to your skin. Pregnancy makes weight gain and skin stretch fast and the same with quick weight loss after wards. The skin will not go away unless you have surgery. You can tone it up as best as you can by doing extensive walking and ab workouts and I mean extensive. Good luck!

well if you want you figure back, you should probably see a doctor. losing 56lbs. in 2 months IS NOT healthy,a doctor might help you finmd and understand a way to get your figure back, lose your baby weight, and do it all in a healthy way!: )

I've heard that the Ab Lounge works great for your type of situation. It targets all the problem areas and eliminates them, plus it's fast working. You probably DON'T want to resort to weight loss pills.
