These symptoms could be indicative of many different problems (as everyone has suggested). For example, while people most often think of pregnancy, these symptoms are just as likely signs of stress and/or depression. If you have been feeling like this for more than 3 weeks straight, you should see your doctor. In the meantime, get plenty of rest, stay hydrated, try to eat healthy foods and exercise. If you still feel this way, it could be a chemical imbalance, or an early indicator of something more serious. Your doctor is the best person to ask about this. Hope you are feeling better soon.

We all have day's when getting out of bed is a chore. The obvious move for you is to consult with your Doctor for a medical cause. If there is no physical problem, a visit with a mental health professional can sometimes help. Not all tired and sick feeling's are due to a physical disease. Many mental, social, and stress situations can cause physical symptoms to include Martial problems, finance trouble etc. Good Luck . PEACE TJ

You might have allergies, but check with your doctor. I take Claritin-D 24 hour medicine to help with when I wake up in the morning.
