I think what you are referring to is that back in the Old Testament, the Israelites after the rulership of Solomon, split into two nations. One was Israel, the other Judah (which at the time had absorbed the tribe of Benjamin).

The nation of Israel would be captured and carried away by the Assyrians. While Judah would continue for another hundred plus years before be captured by the Babylonians (who had taken over the Assyrians also).

After seventy years in Babylon, (told about in the Book of Daniel), the Jewish were allow to return to Jerusalem under the leadership of Ezra and Nehemiah. However, the majority who returned were neither from Judah/Benjamin or the Levi priest. The other ten tribes, having been out of the land for nearly two hundreds years, were at home in Assyria and Babylon, and choose not to return.

So by the time Jesus came along, the only tribes living in Israel were Judah/Benjamin and Levi. However, neither of those tribes converted "in mass" to Christianity. Many indivdual Jews did, but the Jewish religious leader did not. Within 60 years of the resurrection of Jesus, the Christian faith had become, and remains mostly non-jews.

Today, none of the Jewish tribe follow Jesus as their Messiah. At best, they say he was a prophet who took some of their ideas to Gentiles (non-jews), but was not a prophet or messiah for the Jewish people.

So the answer is, none of the tribes. The appearance of only Judah and Levi in the New Testament may be what confused you. Hope that clears it up.
