Does he really like me?

I'm staying with my dad for the summer, and I told him that I wanted someone to hangout with. So I"m hanging out with one of my old friends and we went to the movies and he brought along two of his friends. One of his friends really caught my attention, my guy friend I"m going to call him Terry and his friend Ray went to the consession stand at the movies. So that left me and his other friend Jay in the theater alone, so he started talking to me. I talked to him back, and suprisingly I wasn't nervouse when I talked to him. Well, my friend Terry said that Jay was going to get his tonsalls removed. So I called and checked up on him, long story short he has been texting me for a week now, Terry says that he really likes me. Every time that Jay texts me he either calls me Babe,Baby, or Sweetie. I'm not use to guys just saying flat out that they like me so I don't know what to think. He kept on asking me if I think that we have a good chance of hooking up and I told him that we did but.

He kept on asking me, just wondering do you think that we will get together. I told him that I thought that we would, but I asked him if he could handle the long distance between us when I go back. And he said that he is willing to try as long as I am. And he called me beautiful and said that he was wanting a serouse relationship and not just a summer long thing. I told him that we had to get to know eachother and see where it goes from there, meaning when we will get together.

But he doesn't just text and call me I call him also to see how he is feeling and just, because I want to talk to him. He's not doing all of the calling and texting it's 50/50

definintly! hes straight forward which u said is something new for u so jus make sure ur ready for him. do u think the long distance relationship will work? he obviously does and so u jus need to ask ur self about all this. hope everything works out!!

Yes some guys come out and tell you they like you. If fact my boyfriend never told me he liked me. We were friends for a year and then he just came one say and wrote on a piece of paper that he was in love with me. I was shocked but showed no reaction until I was able to sort out my feelings and respond rationally. I think he probably likes you but let him work for you don't get mushy under him. Let him feel that he has a prize. Don't be afraid that you will loose him. This in fact rarely happens if the guy is serious about you. On the other hand if you loose him you would know that he never really cared that much and you would not have lost anything.

I think you guys need to spend more time together to figure out what's going on. You are both in the awkward stage of getting to know one another, and he hasn't been feeling well because of the surgery. So after he recovers, can you guys go out and have some fun? Doing things together is the best way to learn about each other...all that texting seems like a waste of time to me--it takes away time and energy that could be better spent on quality face-to-face interactions with one another.

I don't know him. So I can't say if he does like you or he is playing you like a fiddle. Some guys are straight forward and others are scared as hell saying that they like a girl. I know I am. Take it slow enjoy the times together. Time will tell. You seem like a bright person. You'll know if he likes you after spending a lot of time together. Just be careful. Make sure he is a nice guy. There are plenty of nice guys out there so don't settle for some low life.

i think he likes u, but u sound kinda uncertain if u like him back, like truly. im not so sure if he actually realllyyy likes u or not, but y not give him a chance anyway? it sounds like he's a really nice guy, and if he does like you i bet u 2 will be a great couple. just be sure to commit to him as much as he commits to u.

And if when you first talked to him, it just felt easy to talk to him... that's a pretty big signal!
