Concentrates concentrates concentrates added sugars, the whole package of syrups and ingredients added to your strawberry jam that are not included in your strawberry. Strawberry jam is processed and strawberries are natural, so you may favor the added ingredients over the hard core berry.

Strawberry jam has waaay more sugar in it. Just look at the ingredients -- it's not natural strawberry smushed up into a jar.

Jam is probably sweeter and the seeds don't get stuck in your teeth. I'm the same way with tomatos. I'll eat ketchup and salsa but not whole tomatos.
