You answered it yourself! Nothing sticks to teflon, but teflon sticks to everything. This is the same as the idea that all squares are rectangles but not all rectangles are squares.

You need to trash your teflon.. I read where if a parrot were sitting on your shoulder while you were using teflon on the stove, that the bird would keel over dead from the fumes from the teflon heating up, and putting off gases that are poisonous.

Don't use teflon ANYTHING anymore. It's very very bad for you. It's been talked about on the news for a couple of months about how bad teflon anything is not safe.
Everyone...everywhere...throw out your teflon now!!!!
