Well, I wonder how often you launder the rest of your clothes if you don't wash your bedding a least once a week. Bacteria and the Lord only knows what else builds up on unwashed clothing and bedding. So make a date with the laundry at least once a week and wash your clothes and bedding and towels. If you wear white T-shirts, bleach those and other white articles. Read the label. Get some nice laundry detergent and read the label. You can learn to do laundry. Laundry is like everything else in this life, it's got to be done.
For the acne, try a scrub like St. Ives Apricot Scrub-Invigorating. It will exfoliate the surface of your skin to remove black heads and what not that clogs your pours and make them turn to pimples.

You need to bleach your bedding once a month and wash it at least once a week. Sorry, I know this will take a bit of effort. Your oils stay on the bed and breed bacteria, there are also small mites that infest your bedding, the longer it goes unwashed, the worse it is. Unfortunately, it is going to take a while to make your acne infections go away. Always wash the areas infected everyday, put some tea tree oil on it or benzoil peroxide every day.
And NO what you eat and how often you wash has NOTHING to do with breaking out.

I dont think that it would cause acne, but I'm no dermatologist, so maybe try out different things like wash or change them once a week, that is what I do and I don't have too many problems with acne. Do you sweat a lot when you work? If you do, it could be causing your acne... try to take a shower every day when you get home from work and wear breathable clothes and if you use lotion, make sure it says non comedogenic (doesn't clog pores) on the back. Hope this helps.

There are a lot of factors that may contribute to your acne such as diet, hormones and external factors such as pollution and dirt. Make sure that your bedsheets are clean and that you take a shower before going to bed so that the dirt does not accumulate there and block your pores. At the very least, if you've done that and your acne condition doesn't improve, you can cross that off your list of causes and move on to other ones.

need to wash sheets in HOT water at least every week. dont worry though, all those mites that are lurking in your mattress etc should be able to digest the acne. actually, are u using sunscreen? maybe that is the cause...did you change shampoo? have u started eating more fatty food?i would go to a dermatologist to get a definitive answer. you could try washing your shoulders etc with vinegar.these are just some ideas i had
hope you are able to take off problem i know its a pain in a** : )

Yep. The dirt in your bed sheets clog the pores on your back causing the acne. Try changing your bedsheets every week or two... ^_^

You should change your bedding at least once a week. Not only will dirty bedding give you pimples, you're sharing it with lots of little mites and fleas. Bet you scratch a lot. Instead of sitting down at the computer, take you bedding to the laundry. NOW!

Disgusting. I don't know if filthy sheets can cause acne, but my god you are NEVER going to get ANY women into your bed now that you publicly admitted to washing the sheets once per MONTH!

Change sheets a least once a week, as you would not believe what lives in there. But maybe you are just going thru that pimple stage, that you didn't go thru in your teens.
