Sure, but you'd want to chill the white before serving it.

Yes, you can store red and white wine together in a wine cellar. I've heard people regulate the temperature anywhere from 55-65F degrees. A steady temperature matters more than the absolute temperature as frequent temperature fluctuations will damage the wine. You'll want to chill the white wine before serving.

Unsolicited, bonus advice:
If you use a free-standing wine cellar unit, I suggest storing your more valuable wines at the bottom of the unit. If the power cuts out, the bottom wines will stay cooler longer. Depending upon the value of your collection, you may want to invest in a power generator in case you do lose power. In the case of protracted power loss and rising temperatures, buy a lot of ice, place it at the foot of the unit with the door(s) open, and throw lots of sheets over the whole mess to contain the cool temperature.

Yes. I am the Cellar Manager for a wine group in Toronto and all of our wines (white, red, sparkling, icewine and fruit wines) are all stored at the exact same temperature.

Yes, and they should be. You want some sort of climate control if you're looking for long-term storage, somewhere around 62-66 degress consistently. Temperature changes, along with oxygen and sunlight are the killers of wine.

I think you can store it at the same temp, you just don't want to serve at the same temp. Red is usually served at room temp, while white is usually served chilled.
