Buffalo Wings Option #1
6 tablespoons Louisiana Hot Sauce
1/4 cup (1/2 stick) margarine - not butter
1 tablespoon white vinegar
1/8 teaspoon celery seed
1/8 to 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/8 teaspoon garlic salt
Dash of black pepper
1/4 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
1 to 2 teaspoons Tabasco sauce
Carrot and celery sticks
Bleu Cheese Dressing
The Sauce:
This makes enough for about 30 "wingettes." Mix all the ingredients in a small sauce pan over low heat until the margarine is completely melted. Stir occasionally.
The Wings:
Fry the wings in a deep fryer set at 375 degrees F using vegetable or peanut oil. Fry 15 wings at a time for 12 to 15 minutes. Drain the wings for a few minutes then put them in a bowl. After all the wings have been fried, pour the sauce over them, cover the bowl, and shake to completely coat the wings.
They can be eaten now, or you can put them on a baking sheet and bake them for a few minutes to get an extra-crispy coating.
Fiery Hot Chicken Wings Option #1
2-1/2 lb chicken wings, separated
5 tablespoons Louisiana Hot Sauce
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 tablespoon white vinegar
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
Set oven to "broil" and place rack 6 inches from the element. In a medium sized mixing bowl combine hot sauce, oil, vinegar and garlic powder. Place chicken wings on a broiling pan. Using a pastry brush, coat the wings with the sauce mixture. Broil the wings for 7 minutes on one side before turning them over and broiling for another 7 minutes.
You can also cook these wings over the Barbecue. Cook wings for the same amount of time over medium high heat. Be sure to preheat the Barbecue and brush the grill with oil to prevent sticking.

Our family favorite buffalo wings:
As many chicken drummettes as you would like to prepare. Rinse wings off with cold water. Bread with Hooter's wing breading They sell it at Publix and J & J's grocery stores. Put in the fridge and let "soak" for a couple of hours. This helps the breading stick to wings when cooking. Fry in deep fryer for 8 minutes or until they float on top of oil. Put on paper towels to soak up excess grease. We use Tiger sauce. It is sold at Wal-Mart or most grocery stores. It is by bbq sauces and marinades/ hot sauce. It is reaaly good. It is sweet and just a little spicy. Very good! I also dip mine in ranch dressing.

Take as many wings as you want to make season them with salt pepper, and y other season you want to use. then take oil and fry the chicken wings until golden brown they don't have to cook fully because you will cook them in the oven a little later go ahead a preheat you oven for 350 degrees. take the wings out of the oil and let them sit for a min one to cool off a little and two so the oil can drip off put them on paper towels or newspaper. after cooling for a few Minutes take the sauce you wanted to use maybe hot sauce( Texas Pete is what I use) BBQ or what ever you want you want. take it and put the chicken in a bowl and pour the sauce over it. make sure the chicken is covered pretty well. take a baking sheet line it with aluminum foil put the chicken on it make sure there overlapping put in the oven at 350 and let finish cooking for 15-20 Minutes enjoy!

Prep. Time: 1:45
Serves: 4
*1 cup all-purpose flour
*1 tsp. salt
*1/2 tsp. paprika
*1/2 tsp. garlic powder
*1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
*1/4 tsp. black pepper
*20 chicken wing segments
*1/2 cup butter OR margarine
*1/2 cup hot sauce
-In a shallow dish, combine flour, salt, paprika, garlic powder, and peppers.
-Coat chicken entirely in the flour mixture; refrigerate coated wings for 1 hour; coat chicken again with remaining flour mixture.
-In a 2-quart saucepan, heat butter and hot sauce just until butter melts; turn heat to low and keep warm on stove top.
-Deep-fry chicken, 8 - 10 pieces at a time, in 375 degree oil for 13 minutes, turning once or twice.
-Drain chicken on paper towels for 30 seconds, then immediately toss fried chicken in buffalo sauce mixture and remove with a slotted spoon.
-Repeat with remaining chicken.
Adjusting the spiciness of the sauce: As is, the recipe produces a medium sauce. To change the amount of spiciness, simply adjust the butter-to-hot sauce ratio:
Mild: Use 3/4 cup butter and 1/4 cup hot sauce.
Hot: Use 1/4 cup butter and 3/4 cup hot sauce.

Oh, no,no,no,no. All you have to do is:
1. 2 dry bags of Ranch dressing and
2. one whole bottle of tobasco sauce
Combine till all the dressing is wet with the sauce.
THEN, just dip your wings , and place on a (PAM-sprayed) cookie sheet. Cook on 350'. You have to watch them after 10 minutes. Not much more than that.
They are awesome!! If you need a little more liquid for your dip for the wings, just add a little water to make the dressing spread a little more.

I like em best when you deep fry the wings (I like em crunchy), drain them, and then toss them in a big bowl with wing sauce (Durkee's mixed with melted butter works well, but any bottled favorite will do!) If you prefer baked wings, you would season them lightly with salt and pepper, toss them in the oven at 350 until they are as done as you like them, then toss in sauce.
