That's an interesting question!
I'd have to say though, that my main conclusions were that:
1. It was possible to represent the Multi-party negotiations in Northern Ireland using game theory models and these models provided a new insight into the negotiating process and the gains and losses made by the various sides.
2. The reality corresponds very closely to the results predicted by the model.. The model can therefore be considered verified and applicable to other situations.
Other than that, you had it spot on!

That is a really good question. I've been thinking really hard about the answer. I think (and this is just me belief) that the answer is:
Because he was con artist who's friends faked his resurrection so that they can con superstitious people into giving them money and power.
