I am friends with the owner of a small medical transcriptioning company in India. I want to get him some clients in America but I don't have a clue as to how to go about proposing to any doctor the idea of saving money by outsourcing their work to India. Does anybody have any suggestions?

You can obtain a list of practicing physicians from the Medical Society in each state. Once you identify the office based practitioners, submit your marketing materials (along with a description of your security measures to avoid the unauthorized release of patient information) and your service fee schedule to these physicians. Follow up with a phone call within 10 days of the mailing and then make an appointment with the physician or the office manager.

If I knew, I probably wouldn't tell you. Americans are pretty fed up with India taking our jobs.
